Indian Chai
Bold and rich with astringent tannins, this tea was blended to bear the weight of full fat milk when brewed together. Malty, robust and punchy with spicy cinnamon and ginger evident with more subtle nutmeg, star anise, cloves, & cardamom.
Chocolate Chai
Rich black tea and warming chai spices are cocooned by 64% dark chocolate flakes that give the cup a velvety, dessert-like quality. Deeply comforting, fragrant and especially satisfying with milk.
Cinnamon Chai
Not too heavy on tannins this spicy warm cinnamon tea has rich cinnamon flavours and notes of toast, malt and cedarwood. Nuances of nutmeg, cardamom, and ginger, make a warming and comforting brew. (Ideally brewed with warmed milk, but a very pleasant black tea chai without milk)
Vanilla Chai
A rich yet light-on-tannins chai where warm spice is softened by sweet vanilla bean. Fragrant, comforting and especially lovely brewed with milk.
