Shipping policy

We ship AUSTRALIA WIDE.

All orders are tracked

We pack and dispatch orders within *1-3 working days. Usually same day if your order is received before 1pm

We operate 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday and ship from Kingston, Tasmania (near Hobart).

We do not operate weekends, public holidays or the Christmas-New Year period.

Refer to the Australia Post website for more accurate delivery times, however the following are estimated Standard Post Delivery times. Express Post may be 1-2 days faster. Express Post is not guaranteed as a Next Day Service from Kingston, Tasmania.

International Orders

We do not ship intenationally.

Local Pick Up

You can select "Click and Collect" at the checkout if your postcode is within 200km radius of Kingston, Tasmania. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Collection is anytime between 9-4 Monday - Friday and excludes weekends, public holidays & the Christmas-New Year period. 

Collection is from our Kingston shop 6/3 Mertonvale Circuit, Kingston, Tasmania.
