An Art of Tea employee with Endometriosis researched the beneficial herbs to alleviate some of the symptoms experienced by an alarming 1 in 9 women who have from Endometriosis. The blend helped alleviate her suffering, so we hope it helps you too. The blend itself is delicately fragrant, mildly sweet and caffeine free.

Please note this is the same tea as our Period Ease As we understand it this organic herbal tea may:

*Reducing pelvic pain caused by endometriosis and menstruation
*Suppressing the growth of endometrial cells
*Reducing the volume and weight of endometrial cysts
*Dysmenorrhea associated with endometriosis
*Strengthening the uterus and pelvic muscles
*Stabilising hormone levels
*Emotional support and calming

We recommend 1 to 2 cups a day to help you become the strongest Endo Warrior you can be.

Always see your regular doctor (GP) about any health concerns and tell them about any herbal medicines you are taking or thinking of taking. Visit the Australian Endometriosis Australia page for more information https://www.endometriosisaustralia.org/

OUR STORY

From market stall to leading tea retailer

The Art of Tea began in 2000 with twelve varieties, sold from a stall at Hobart's Salamanca Market every Saturday.

Twenty-five years on, we still blend by hand in small batches — right here in Tasmania, now with over 150 teas and herbal blends to explore.
