Our helping hand for your joint aches and pains. Celery is the dominant flavour for good reason, as it contains an abundance of flavanoids, which research has shown to provide effective anti-inflammatory and diuretic benefits. Combined with other natural ingredients, ginger, devil’s claw, birch, nettle, and lemon myrtle these herbs have been documented to can help relieve symptoms of arthritis, rheumatism, and gout. Try this tisane and breath some relief into your sore joints. This blend can also beneficial for reducing acidity (uric acid) in the body and reduce fluid retention.

No Tassie Devils were harmed in the making of this blend! Devil’s claw (Harpagophytum procumbens), is quite different from the Tasmanian carniverous marsupial (Sarcophilus harrisii)! If you love to support Tassie devils – check out our Tassie Devil Tea – we support Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary with the sale of each tea.

If you want to know more about the health prospects of ginger – read our blog here “Ginger – All Things

“I usually have at least one cup, sometimes two, a day. There seems to be an easing in the pain in my feet. When not used pain increases.” Robyn O’Connor, Kingston Beach, Tasmania

OUR STORY

From market stall to leading tea retailer

The Art of Tea began in 2000 with twelve varieties, sold from a stall at Hobart's Salamanca Market every Saturday.

Twenty-five years on, we still blend by hand in small batches — right here in Tasmania, now with over 150 teas and herbal blends to explore.
