This traditional blend can now be enjoyed in honour of the Tasmanian rising to the role of Queen Mary of Denmark, though originally named the late Queen Elizabeth II’s grandmother. Queen Mary, the British monarch is said to have taken tea and treats daily at 4pm. What a splendid idea!
This classic tea blend is a refreshing blend of the finest Darjeeling and Ceylon black teas.

If you enjoy our Ceylon Afternoon tea, or our Darjeeling 1st or 2nd flush, we trust you will also love the Queen Mary Tea.

OUR STORY

From market stall to leading tea retailer

The Art of Tea began in 2000 with twelve varieties, sold from a stall at Hobart's Salamanca Market every Saturday.

Twenty-five years on, we still blend by hand in small batches — right here in Tasmania, now with over 150 teas and herbal blends to explore.
