A gentle mist balances gracefully atop a tranquil Japanese pond, and the sweet scent of blossoms fills your senses as twinkling stars wink to life in the sky above. This traditional Japanese green sencha is a smooth and delicate with uplifting floral fragrances, from pretty blue cornflowers, rose petals, and marigold (calendula) blossoms. Perhaps a little milder, and not as sweet, as the popular Japanese Morning Dew though equally as popular.

From market stall to leading tea retailer
The Art of Tea began in 2000 with twelve varieties, sold from a stall at Hobart's Salamanca Market every Saturday.
Twenty-five years on, we still blend by hand in small batches — right here in Tasmania, now with over 150 teas and herbal blends to explore.
