A wonderful sleep aid that actually works

About a year ago, a health professional suggested to me that I reduce my caffeine intake, especially in the evenings. She asked me if I drank chamomile tea and I probably made a terrible face because the only chamomile tea I had ever tasted was made from supermarket teabags. That conversation started me on my journey to find herbal teas that I would actually enjoy. Once I found Art of Tea I was hooked. The Snooze Blend has been my nightly ritual for the last 12 months. The flavours are delicate and beautifully blended and it really relaxes me and helps me wind down before bed. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without it now.

Such a beautiful blend which I look forward to every evening. Sleep can be such an elusive thing for many people, but this tea really works. A perfect wind-down cuppa before bed. Love it!

I love the way the snooze blend relaxes me after a cup of tea an hour before bed. Have a great nights sleep. Has even helped with my Fibro fog. A nightly ritual!!

We found this tea on a recent stay in Hobart and we loved it. So we ordered some to keep the relaxed feel. It works from day 1. We totally relax and sleep well but the best part is the mellow ‘hangover’ lasts most of day. Love it will order more.

This is the ideal "wind down" tea for the evening. Really helps me to feel relaxed and ready for sleep.

I have been using your tea for many years, originally from your Salamanca stall and your shop on Sandy Bay Rd. I started with your Digestive blend and have now discovered the Snooze blend. I am now sleeping much better. 😴

I first tried this tea by chance as I stumbled across the tea at the markets in Hobart and thought I should try it out. I have never drank tea before but wanted a natural aid to help me sleep at night. This tea has literally helped me and been unbelievable. I ran out and bought similar tea from a local store in my home town. Although it had similar products, it did not work like this blend. I’m more than happy to order it online to get this particular product as I miss my snooze blend tea before bed. I hope it doesn't take long to get here as it is now a necessity in my bed routine :)

I have never tried this tea to make me sleep, but I have used it when I feel the need to relax, because it smells wonderful and tastes so beautiful! I have just made my 2nd purchase and will experiment on it for a proper snooze.

Moat amazing tea ever...after only 15 minutes or so of enjoying a brew, I am ready for bed. And I go into the deepest sleep and wake up feeling so refreshed! About to order my 3rd batch!

This tea does exactly what is says in the description... it puts you to sleep! Since having a delicious cup an hour before bed, I sleep more soundly and fall asleep much quicker. My family have all experienced the same effects, we love it!
