Light and floral but silky smooth, with a warm and woody body. This 2nd flush Darjeeling from the Margaret's Hope Estate tastes just like the summer afternoons on which it was picked. Notes of orange blossom and muscatel site on a soft nutty undertone for a perfectly balanced cup. Best enjoyed without milk to savour the delicate flavours.

The Art of Tea began in 2000 with twelve varieties, sold from a stall at Hobart's Salamanca Market every Saturday.
Twenty-five years on, we still blend by hand in small batches — right here in Tasmania, now with over 150 teas and herbal blends to explore.
